Where does my order ship from?
From our Netherlands warehouse with tracked shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once dispatched.
When is shipping free?
From €50 on gisou.com, automatically at checkout. Duties outside the EU may still apply.
Can I change or cancel my order?
After checkout we cannot edit orders. Contact [email protected] immediately if something is wrong.
How do I return a product?
Email [email protected] with your order number within 30 days of delivery for unused, resaleable items.

Are Gisou products tested on animals?
Gisou does not test finished products on animals.
