Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Gisou products. If you change your mind, you may return unopened items in resaleable condition within the window below.

Return window: 30 days from delivery (unused products, original packaging where applicable).

Opened, used or damaged items cannot be refunded unless defective or shipped in error — report within 5 business days to [email protected].

Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the parcel at our warehouse.

Return shipping may be at your cost unless stated otherwise. EU consumer rights still apply.
